Terms of Use

The service

Portfolios World lets you publish a professional portfolio in Arabic and English at an address of your own, and edit it from a dashboard. The platform is provided as it is and may change as it grows.

Your account

Accounts are by invitation for now, or by open sign-up when the platform enables it. Keep your password safe and your email address current; you are responsible for what is done with your account. One person, one account.

Your content

What you publish stays yours. You allow the platform to store it and show it publicly as you publish it, for as long as it is on your portfolio. Publish only what you have the right to publish.

Acceptable content

Do not publish or send through the platform:

• anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy)
• hateful, harassing or violent content, or sexually explicit content
• false or misleading information, or impersonation of a person or an organisation
• other people’s personal data without their consent
• spam, malware, or anything that disrupts the service

Suspension

The platform admin may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or its users at risk. A suspended portfolio is not public. If you think a suspension is a mistake, write to us at shathahamdan419@gmail.com.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard; your portfolio and its content are removed.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and your content safe, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, the platform is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced on the platform.
